These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our Service.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate prompts for illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Upload images that violate any third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service beyond the provided API.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without our permission.
• Use automated tools to exceed your plan's usage limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• All sales are final unless required by applicable law. We offer refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a daily analysis limit that resets at midnight UTC. Unused analyses do not roll over. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service, even within plan limits.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your content — you retain ownership of images you upload and prompts generated from them.
• Our content — the Service, software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws.
• License — we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Generated prompts will produce specific results in third-party AI tools.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with notice where practicable. You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
