How the limits work
Each generator has its own daily count. Asking for three text variations uses three text prompts, and refining a prompt uses one more. Each image you generate counts as one image. A video clip counts as one clip, whatever its length.
Failed generations are not counted. If a video fails while it renders, it comes off your count automatically.
Counts reset every day at midnight. Generated images and video files are kept for 30 days, then deleted, so download anything you want to keep.

No. Generator plans and Image to Prompt plans are separate subscriptions. You can have either one, both, or neither.
Text and image requests that fail are not counted. A video that fails while rendering is removed from your count automatically.
Generated files are stored for 30 days, then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.
Yes, from the Billing section of your dashboard. Your generator plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
If no quota has been used within 24 hours of payment, contact us for a refund. After that, or once quota is used, refunds are not available — see Terms of Service.
